Warranty period

BLUETTI warrants that the product will be free from manufacturing and material defects to the original consumer purchaser.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,

  • For portable power plants, the warranty period ranges from 24 to 72 months.
  • The warranty period of the home backup system ranges from 48 to 60 months.
  • For the solar panel product and accessories such as cable, charger, etc. , the warranty is 12 months.

The warranty period may vary from country to country and is subject to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement

Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information, including but not limited to:

  • A purchase order number made through the official BLUETTI stores.
  • Invoice of sale or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.

Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The guarantee will not be valid for the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

Warranty exclusions

  1. Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or damage due to acts of God (for example, lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. );
  2. Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals;
  3. Buy from unauthorized resellers;
  4. Use for a special application other than normal consumer use;
  5. Loss, theft or full return of the product;
  6. Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes;
  7. Invalid proof of purchase;
  8. Expiration of the warranty period;
  9. The battery model listed on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;
  10. Unauthorized alteration in the guarantee certificate;
  11. Wear of the product due to the use of time.

Return and refund

  • Cancellation of the order:

The cancellation of the order can be requested by the customer within 48 hours after placing the order by email or by phone at the official BLUETTI store.

If the product has been shipped, an interception fee will be charged.

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee will be automatically credited to your order.

Claim process

  • Contact us by email: bluetti-es@bluettipower. com, Monday through Sunday, for any assistance with the product.
  • For any warranty claim, service performed by BLUETTI or local authorized service partner, subject to the options below:
    • Repair by the BLUETTI service center, or
    • Exchange for a replacement product with equivalent specifications according to model and useful life.
  • In case of replacement, a refurbished model of equal value may be provided and delivery of the replacement product will be arranged within 7 working days (subject to changes due to force majeure) after confirming that the item defective has been received at the BLUETTI warehouse.
  • A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
  • For any non-warranty claim, contact the BLUETT Service in advance for more details.

Warranty extension

  • The warranty extension is now only applicable for the AC200, AC200MAX, AC200P or B230 models purchased on the BLUETTI official website with damage protection without service fee.
  • Any purchase of the four models from other platforms is required to submit the warranty extension request through the link below:

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use and any implied warranty of merchantability otherwise applicable to BLUETTI portable solar generators. BLUETTI and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits. No guarantees other than those provided herein will be extended.

This limited warranty may only be modified by BLUETTI. Any implied warranty permitted by law shall be limited in duration to the terms of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. The sole responsibility of BLUETTI will be the repair or replacement as indicated above.
