refund policy

BLUETTI is obliged to provide the return service to all customers. The return service is currently available for the country of purchase.

If the item is purchased from the BLUETTI official store, it is allowed to request a return or refund.

If the item is purchased from BLUETTI dealers, the dealer's policies may be followed. Contact your dealer for more information.

Return and refund policies may vary depending on local laws and regulations.

Cancellation of orders

Customers can request the cancellation of an order within 48 hours of placing it by email or by phone at the official BLUETTI store.

However, if the product has already been shipped, an interception fee of €25 will be charged.

Please note that a transaction fee will also be charged if you request a refund within 48 hours, whether or not the product shipped (2.5% for credit card users, 3% for Affirm or Klarna users, 4% for Shop Pay users, 2.5% for users of other platforms).

Lost/Damaged Products Received

  • If the product has not been delivered or has been lost, please contact us immediately.
  • If the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us immediately with video and/or photo evidence.

30-day money-back guarantee

  • Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with no quality problems, you are authorized for refund after returning the items complete, unused and in the original package. However, you are responsible for shipping costs with two options below:
  1. RMA provided by BLUETTI Customer Service

Once the item has been received at the BLUETTI warehouse and its validity confirmed, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

2. Self-return

Please contact BLUETTI Customer Service for return details.

  • If 30 days have passed since purchase, a full refund cannot be offered.
  • Double shipping charges will be deducted from original payment if you refuse shipments.

NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Return process

  • Please contact BLUETTI Service to help you proceed with the return process with the provided proof of purchase and the Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return.
  • Follow the instructions of the BLUETTI service on how to pack and return the product safely.


  • In case of non-quality issues, the 30-day money-back guarantee will be refunded.
  • In case of quality problems, a partial refund can be made based on the time of use of the device after 30 days from the purchase.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to the BLUETT warehouse with a refund notification to the customer's email.
