BLUETTI is obliged to provide the return service to all customers. The return service is currently available for the country of purchase. Customers can request the cancellation of an order within 48 hours of placing it by email or by phone at the official BLUETTI store. Once the item has been received at the BLUETTI warehouse and its validity confirmed, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 2.
